Students have been learning to represent patterns in a variety of ways,
such as using words, pictures, numbers.
Moreover, they have been discussing how to organise their day according
to their daily and weekly schedule.

Here you can see PYP 3 Omega working hard!

Do I look proud?

It is so good to share our time with friends while we work!

Everybody was very busy writing, cutting, gluing...

Yes, we can write our schedule!

We were really focused...

Look what I have done!!!

It is pleasant to feel we have achieved our objectives!!!

Excuse me, I can not talk right now... I am too busy!

Would you like to check my schedule out?

Close friends, always working together!

Look what we have done !!!!!

I am glad I am working hard!

I am almost done!

We have worked hard, and we are done. Now, let's go to the playground!

Different ways of organising the classroom!

As part of our current Unit of Inquiry, students have been focusing on  class organisation.
They also talked about organisation at home and are becoming more aware of the different ways people use to organise materials and their belongings.

Children in PYP 3 Sigma observed different areas in the class and decided how
they would group materials such as toys, books and pencils.
They worked in small groups. Sharing and taking turns was very important
during this activity.

Children in PYP 3 have been learning about organisation and how things can be organised.  They have been also sharing about organisation in their homes. Have you already filled the form with your child? If not, please click here for a new copy:

PYP 3 Beta was divided in groups and children were given the task to come up with ways of organising different materials in the classroom. Each group had to make decisions as to how they were going to organise the materials, divide the jobs and then present their way to the rest of the class. They came up with some creative ideas!

Check out some pictures of the process!
